What does a Scrum Master do?

A Scrum Master supports teams working in an agile environment. They facilitate meetings, encourage collaboration, help remove obstacles, and ensure that agile practices are well understood and applied. The Scrum Master’s role focuses on improving communication, efficiency, and team well-being throughout the project lifecycle.
