What Does a Youth Worker Do?

At the MAMUK Centre, the Youth Worker creates safe, engaging, and inclusive spaces for young people. They organize and lead social, cultural, and educational activities, support youth in their personal development, and encourage active participation. Their role helps build confidence, strengthen a sense of belonging, and support young people’s well-being, while valuing Indigenous cultures.
